Colony of Avalon Foundation Announces 12th Annual General Meeting and Election of Officers

The Colony of Avalon Foundation will hold the 12th Annual General Meeting and Election of Officers, Monday, May 3rd, 7:00 pm at the Colony of Avalon Interpretation Center in Ferryland.  This year’s guest speakers will include the Honourable Edward Roberts, former Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador, and Mr. Keith Hutchings, M.H.A., Ferryland District.  In addition, Dr. Barry Gaulton of Memorial University of Newfoundland will present the Archaeology Report for the 2009 field season.  Complimentary hors d'hoeuvres and refreshments will be served after the conclusion of official business.  All are welcome.
